Responsibilities:
- minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the ocean freight forwarding/logistics industry
- knowledge of import/export permit declarations, ocean import/export regulations, and documents
- ensure that shipments are picked up and delivered on time
- dispatch carriers to pick up at CFS, FTN, and customer-related distribution centers
- track and trace functions, including entry of all milestones and exceptions.
- coordinate oversized and out-of-gauge shipments.
